We carried out an audit of the digital platform of a major autonomous community, both visually and functionally. Our objective was to identify the elements requiring improvement and coordinate the delivery process between the design and development teams. During the analysis, key services such as the Transport Pass, the Reader’s Card, health appointments, among others, were evaluated.
Our focus was on assessing usability and user experience, as well as detecting potential technical or design issues that could negatively affect the performance of the platform. We worked closely with the design and development teams of different companies to ensure that improvements were implemented in an efficient and timely manner.
At the end of the audit, we provide a detailed report with clear and prioritised recommendations to optimise the platform. Our goal is to ensure that the digital services offered by the autonomous community are efficient, accessible and satisfactory for users.
