We conducted an audit of the digital platform for a significant autonomous community, addressing both visual and functional aspects. The focus was on identifying areas for improvement and coordinating the delivery between design and development teams from different companies. We evaluated key services such as the Transportation Pass and the Reader Card, medical appointments, among others, prioritizing user usability and experience. We worked closely with multiple teams to implement improvements efficiently. We presented a detailed report with prioritized recommendations to optimize the platform and ensure efficiency, accessibility, and user satisfaction.
